Terms of Service

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By connecting your cryptocurrency wallet (e.g., StarKey, Metamask, Supra Wallet) to the Friend to Legend application ("The App", "The Game", "We", "Us"), or by using any part of our services, you ("The User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT CONNECT YOUR WALLET OR USE THE APP.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You represent and warrant that:

  1. You are at least 18 years of age or of legal age to form a binding contract under applicable law.
  2. You are not located in, or a resident of, any country subject to sanctions by the United Nations, the United States (OFAC), or other relevant authorities.
  3. Your use of the App does not violate any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction.

3. THE SERVICES (AS-IS)

Friend to Legend is a blockchain-based game running on the Supra Blockchain. You acknowledge that:

  • The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
  • We do not have custody or control over your private keys or cryptocurrency assets. You are solely responsible for securing your wallet.
  • We cannot reverse transactions on the blockchain. Once a transaction is signed and broadcast, it is final and immutable.

4. VIRTUAL ITEMS & "LEGEND" TOKEN

4.1. Virtual Items (Web2 & Web3 Assets)

The Game may include virtual characters, items, skins, or maps ("Virtual Items") which may be stored on a centralized database or as NFTs on the blockchain.

  • Ownership: You acknowledge that Friend to Legend retains all ownership rights to the underlying data, artwork, and intellectual property of these Virtual Items.
  • License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use these Virtual Items solely for personal entertainment within the Game. We reserve the right to modify, delete, or nerf (adjust stats of) any Virtual Item at our sole discretion without compensation.

4.2. No Investment Advice

THE LEGEND TOKEN IS NOT AN INVESTMENT PRODUCT.

  • You acknowledge that LEGEND has no intrinsic value and may drop in value to zero at any time.
  • We make no promises of profit, yield, or return on investment.
  • You agree that you are acquiring LEGEND tokens specifically for gameplay participation, not for speculation or investment purposes.

5. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree NOT to:

  1. Cheating: Use bots, hacks, mods, scripts, or any automated tools to farm LEGEND tokens or gain unfair advantage over other players.
  2. Market Manipulation: Engage in wash trading, pump-and-dump schemes, or any activity to artificially inflate the price of assets.
  3. Illegal Activity: Use the App for money laundering, financing terrorism, or buying illicit goods.
  4. Security: Share your seed phrase (12 or 24 words) or private key with anyone. We will never ask for your private key.

6. ASSUMPTION OF RISK (IMPORTANT)

By using Friend to Legend, you voluntarily accept all risks associated with cryptographic systems, including but not limited to:

  • Smart Contract Bugs: Although we strive for security, code may contain exploits or bugs that could result in total loss of funds.
  • Blockchain Failure: The Supra Blockchain may experience congestion, downtime, or hard forks that are outside our control.
  • Regulatory Risk: Laws regarding cryptocurrencies are evolving. New regulations could negatively impact the utility or value of LEGEND tokens.
  • User Negligence: Risks arising from you losing your private keys, seed phrases, or falling victim to phishing attacks.

WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSSES RESULTING FROM THESE RISKS.

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FRIEND TO LEGEND DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT SHALL FRIEND TO LEGEND, ITS FOUNDERS, DEVELOPERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM: (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE APP; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY; (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS.

9. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Friend to Legend and its team from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (i) your use of the App; (ii) your violation of these Terms; or (iii) your violation of any third-party rights.

10. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of International Law. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, and you waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit.

11. AMENDMENTS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of Friend to Legend after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
